Buyer Registration

Buyers complete a structured registration and provide company information, trade references, and intended commodity requirements.

Verification

Maravi conducts KYC and AML verification, due diligence checks, and counterparty screening to ensure compliance.

Offer

A formal offer is prepared specifying commodity, quantity, quality, price, delivery terms, and conditions.

Negotiation

Structured negotiation of terms including price, Incoterms®, payment terms, delivery timelines, and specifications.

Contract

A legally binding commercial contract is executed incorporating all agreed terms, ICC Incoterms® rules, and dispute resolution clauses.

Documentation

All required trade documentation is prepared: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and applicable export permits.

Payment

Payment is processed in accordance with agreed terms — Letter of Credit, advance payment, or other agreed instruments.

Shipment

Goods are loaded under inspection and shipped. All logistics are coordinated including customs clearance and freight forwarding.

Delivery

Goods arrive at destination. Unloading inspection is conducted and delivery is confirmed against documentation.

Completion

Transaction is closed. Final documentation is archived and client feedback is collected for continuous improvement.
